SPECIAL THANKS

Special thanks to Johanna Pfaelzer and Berkeley Rep, for being the first to say yes to my dream of creating this piece.

To the Jewish Plays Project, and to Marvin Krislov and Pace University, for giving me the space to further explore it.

To the incredible teams at Theater J and Mosaic, who nurtured its next iteration.

To Kate Maguire and everyone at the Berkshire Theatre Group, who believed in the piece and helped push it to New York.

To Tony Taccone and Madeleine Oldham, who devoted years of their time to help me discover the story I truly wanted to tell.

To my family. To my parents.

For Aba.

-Ari’el Stachel
